Our Mission and Goal
Consulting Leaders Group (CLG) is a management consulting and business coaching company based in Palm Coast, FL focused on helping businesses optimize their performance and accelerate development. We help our clients

Our Approach
Unique to our approach is a process of deep initial immersion into our client’s business, from which we extract insights based on direct experiences. We then apply them in all facets of developing solutions with our clients.
Through the immersion process we derive insights from an insider’s point of view, as opposed to following strict and rigid academic analysis processes, which may not always reflect the reality of the given business.

Our Team Background
Norbert Sluzewski
CEO and Founder
An experienced executive and business leader with a blend of strategic planning and execution management skills and experience. Across 30 years of managing businesses and teams, Norbert has led business transformation efforts involving technology, operations, innovation and business development at large enterprises, and also has been a successful entrepreneur, with multiple startup company launches, resulting in value creation and successful M&A strategy execution.
His work and publications on Customer Experience (CX) development, P&L management, business acceleration, technology transformation have been used to model company restructuring and support accelerated business effectiveness.
After leaving the corporate environment, Norbert has focused on helping local companies strengthen their business performance through the six capability pillars outlined in CLG's Services.
